Terms of Use
Updated on September 27, 2026
By creating an account or using Titily, you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short on purpose.
What Titily is
Titily is a personal and household finance organizer. You log income, expenses and budgets, and Titily calculates how much you can still spend this month. Titily is not a bank, does not move money and does not provide financial, accounting, legal or investment advice.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older, or use Titily together with a parent or legal guardian.
- Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep your email up to date; it's how we restore your access.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Titily for illegal activities, fraud or money laundering.
- Don't try to access other households' data, bypass security limits or overload the service.
- Don't send bulk invitations or invite people you don't know.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.
Price
Plans, prices and access terms are shown before subscription. Nothing is charged without your consent.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Titily available and its numbers accurate, but the service is provided "as is". Calculations depend on the data you enter. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made based on the app or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights.
Your data
The data you enter is yours. See how we handle it in the Privacy Policy. You can export your entries and delete your account at any time.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable advance notice and provide a way to export your data when technically possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
